make - a cup of love

with many of us up early this valentines day and headed down to the market, I've been searching for a quick simple heartfelt gesture to greet my husband with when he gets up. I've found just the thing, and I think you will agree it's super easy and super cute and perfect for me to make at 5.30am! If you are going to make it from scratch then here's how you do it....

* 4 cups milk
* 2 tablespoons sugar
* 2 tablespoons plus one teaspoon unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder
* 4 tablespoons finely chopped or shaved semisweet chocolate

Bring all ingredients to a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until chocolate has melted (do not let boil). Pour into mugs, and serve with marshmallow's with the centres cute out using heart shaped cookie cutters....
