INTRODUCES GOURMET FOOD ALLEY
The Boutique Markets has surpassed its first birthday at Portside Wharf and the Sunday 8 August markets marks the exciting and delectable introduction of Gourmet Food Alley.
As well as the local independent design talent that descend on Portside every second Sunday of the month 8am to 1pm, new gourmet food stallholders have been introduced to the Boutique Markets in a designated area named Gourmet Food Alley.
Wandering down this Alley, expect to find handmade delicacies from Fudge Heaven, Harvest Breads & Preserves, La Boutique du Nougat, Min & Me Morsels (jams, relish, pickle, chutney, puddings, Diabetic fruit cake), My Little Teapot (unique teas and tea glassware), Our Kitchen Garden (hand crafted timber products), Rumbletums (organic baby and toddler food), The Brittle Co. and Therapeutic Gourmet (gourmet muesli, organic products).
With Gourmet retailers conducting cooking demonstrations throughout the day, including Rumbletums and Our Kitchen Garden.
FREE kids activities - Kids can enjoy potting their very own seedling or herb in a special Pot Pal with retailer Our Kitchen Garden.
Growing in profile and size, the Boutique Markets’ next step was introducing Gourmet Food Alley to extend its range of creative talent to delicious handmade edible items; a perfect complement to the existing art and design stallholders.
The Boutique Markets website www.boutiquemarkets.com.au offers a portal to keep up to date on market events and retailers, as well as information on how to apply to become a stallholder.
Only 600 metres from Brett’s Wharf City Cat terminal, Portside Wharf also has free parking and is conveniently located only 5km for Brisbane’s domestic and international airports.
