Gourmet Wednesday

Simple but simply stunning!

Add a dash of colour to a glass of granita or a plain bowl of sorbet or icecream over the holidays by mashing fresh or frozen raspberries and freezing the strained pulp in star-shaped ice trays.
Makes a cool treat instantly posh for entertaining or great fun for children -
try different colours - green kiwi fruit, mango...get creative and freeze some today!
