What a great idea!!

I was just searching for something to decorate a first birthday party with 

- and I've decided on these lovely pin wheels...

simply fold pretty paper up like a paper fan and glue edges together, 

then all that's left, is to pop a button in the middle.

Perfect for displaying above the food table, in the windows, hanging in the room -

anywhere really!
