I've been chatting to a lot of friends lately who've gone and picked fresh strawberries...

I LOVE the idea, and it made me think of my all-time-favourite-easiest cake!

Simply buy a ready made double sponge and join the two together with strawberry jam, fresh whipped cream and halved strawberries.  Top with Cream and strawberries.

Too easy!!!
