So it just happens to be my birthday today...the day I am due to post on our blog! So I thought I would share with you my Boutique Markets birthday treats that have made my week...so far!
Firstly, my own indulgent birthday present to myself...courtesy of Sandrine Marsh...I found this gorgeous hat on her etsy store and just had to have it. Sandrine was generous enough to make it for me just in time for market day...as if she did not have enough on her plate in preparing for market day itself! Thank you Sandrine...I absolutely loved wearing your creation on market day and had many a comment on it...and was pleased to send everyone your way!And then on Tuesday I was treated to lunch courtesy of my special friends and fabulous co-coordinators of the Markets...Leasl & Rachael... at Restaurant Manx at Portside Wharf for a delicious meal and wine...was very tempting to just not pick up the children from school, kindy and daycare and continue on into the afternoon...but responsibility beckoned!!!
It was at lunch I was presented with some lovely gifts...all from our fabulous retailers at Boutique Markets...so in a sense I have to thank each of you also!
So out from the under the table, I was presented with this stunning tote by Kim Wallace at Udessi....
and inside was a perfectly wrapped gift box.....but on top... this fabulous card from Lili and Cino...
and then attached to the box this beautiful birthday ceramic gift tag from Little Jane St.....
and on opening the gift box a divine (using all my descriptors here)..."Vintage Lace" imprinted ceramic stoneware bowl from Kim Wallace at Udessi....
Thank you, thank you, thank you...to all of you for creating the exquisite pieces that combined to make such a thoughtful gift...and of course thank you to my special friends Leasl & Rachael for thinking of me and buying them for my special day. Now the only thing left to do is to decide where to display my bowl!!!
