A treat for easter.....

On Thursday I made these bunny biccies and we ate them yesterday with friends - a big hit with everyone and best of all they are egg and gluten free! (but you'd never know)

In food processor add 1 1/2 cups plain GF flour mix, 1/2 cup icing sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa powder, add 125g chopped butter in short bursts and process until it becomes like breadcrumbs. Add 3 tbsp milk and process until the dough comes together.

Turn onto baking paper and roll out to about 6mm thick press out bunnies and place on greased oven trays, bake for 12-14 mins in a preheated 160 fan forced oven. Cool.

Melt about 1/4 cup white choc melts and spread onto bunnies then sprinkle with coconut.

Ribbon bows around their necks is optional! Enjoy.
