Bliss Foot bath
Fill a large bowl or bucket with warm water and a handful of Epsom salts or sea salt. Add a few drops of essential oil - eucalyptus, lavender or rosemary. Soak your feet for 10 minutes to help release toxins, control bacteria and soften rough skin.
Sugar Body Scrub
Mix 1/2 cup (110g) of white sugar with 1/4 cup (60ml) of almond oil or olive oil. Massage over skin before you take a shower.
Enjoy! Pamper! Relax!
