Gourmet Wednesday






Todays recipe comes from the very clever Susan from 'Our Kitchen Garden'.
Being the first day of spring, I think it would match perfectly with just a simple fresh tomato sauce and herbs.

Plain Pasta


300g plain flour

2-3 eggs

Splash of olive oil

Pinch of salt



Place all ingredients into the mix master and using the dough hook, mix until just combined, adjusting oil and egg quantities as required to bring together to a ball. Remove from bowl and knead on a floured surface for approx 4-5mins (or until smooth and silky). Place through pasta machine or roll and cut as required. Hang to dry.
