Today we're sharing these beautiful
marbled eggs from Martha Stewart...
so pretty!
Start by either hard boiling some eggs or
blowing the inside out if you want to keep them.
In a small bowl, mix 3 cups warm water,
2 tablespoons vinegar and a few drops of food colouring.
Place egg in dye and leave submerged until it turns the desired shade.
Next, in a wide shallow bowl, make a second batch of dye
in a darker shade or different colour.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and run a fork through it.
As the oil swirls, place dyed egg in mixture and roll it
once around the bowl to pick up oil streaks.
Remove and gently pat with paper towel and dry.
You can experiment with colour combinations
and swirls to create you own effects!
